Email ioan.orfanidis@gmail.com with the subject “pzlhub — Data deletion”. Include your player name, sign-in provider (for example Google) and whether you want the entire account or particular content removed. For a guest, tell us which device/browser you used; secure confirmation through the active session may be needed.

Verification and removal

Support handles this process; this page does not automatically delete data. We will verify ownership using only necessary information. Never send passwords, cookies, access tokens or other secrets. Following verification, linked account details, sessions, results, likes and feedback are removed, and removal of your published content is assessed. We will explain any lawful exception or necessary retention.

Timing and local data

We respond without undue delay, normally within one month, and explain any lawful extension. Limited residual data may remain in backups until replacement, without restoring the deleted active profile. To remove avatars, bookmarks and preferences, also clear pzlhub.com site data in your browser. Revoking Google access alone does not erase game data; submit the request above as well.
